WebMar 22, 2009 · Today, Transport Canada will accept for use in Canada, from an airworthiness perspective, an ELT that conforms to TSO-C91a, TSO-C91 or TSO-C126 as long as the corresponding ELT battery conforms to TSO-C142a.
