WebFrom what I've personally seen, changing the system clock/date doesn't affect BDSP. I tried skipping ahead to a Friday to get Drifloon, and later skipping to night to look for Rotom and no dice. Things might look different in-game (day vs. night) but nothing mechanically seems to change. Not sure if that actually helps with your concern, but maybe!
