WebMay 14, 2014 · Dragonrider Bow is great if you just want pure damage. Sea Bow has the best range, dropped by the Hollow Varangians in No Man's Wharf. Hunter's Black Bow has great range and great DEX scaling, found in Drangleic Castle IIRC. Do note that the Dragonrider Bow's damage is based off of str, dex, and int. WebMost bows have the same draw speed. The only slow one I can think of is the dragonrider's bow, but that one also has the highest damage. Anyways, the sea bow has the longest range, but the hunter's black bow is a bit better, since it nearly has the same range, and it does more damage.
